Booking Policies & Terms
Our Salina Cruz surf camp rates and booking policies are designed to keep every reservation clear and straightforward.
Deposit & Payment Policy
Booking Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before check-in. If paying in cash, the balance may be paid in USD cash at check-in.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made by USD cash, Wise or PayPal. An ATM is available in town if you need to withdraw cash during your stay.
Any payment made to LunaCoral constitutes acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation & Date Changes
Cancellations 39 Days or Less Before Check-In
Cancellations made 39 days or less before check-in will result in the full deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations 40 Days or More Before Check-In
For cancellations made 40 days or more before check-in, the deposit may be transferred as credit toward a future LunaCoral trip, valid for one year from the cancellation date.
Early Departures
There are no refunds or partial refunds for early departures, regardless of the reason.
Surf Conditions, Weather & Travel Risks
Surf & Weather Conditions
Surfing depends on nature. While we use our local knowledge and experience to find the best available waves each day, LunaCoral cannot guarantee specific wave size, surf quality, wind or weather conditions. No refunds or partial refunds are provided due to poor surf or inclement weather.
Travel & Events Beyond Our Control
LunaCoral is not responsible for delays, additional expenses, changes or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation disruptions, severe weather or other unforeseen events.
Local or Political Conditions
Refunds will not be issued solely because of changes in a global, national or local political situation when those circumstances do not directly prevent the safe operation of the trip.
Personal Responsibility & Insurance
Surfing and travel involve inherent risks. Guests are responsible for assessing their own ability to participate and we strongly recommend travel and medical insurance that covers surfing activities, trip interruption and cancellation.
General Terms & Booking Acceptance
Booking Directly With LunaCoral
These terms apply to bookings made directly with LunaCoral Soul Surf. Guests are responsible for reading and understanding these Terms & Conditions before confirming a reservation.
Acceptance of Terms
Payment of any deposit or balance constitutes acceptance of the rates, booking conditions, cancellation policy and Terms & Conditions published by LunaCoral at the time of booking.
Guest Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate travel, contact and arrival information and for informing LunaCoral of any relevant requirements that may affect their stay or participation in surf activities.
